I've also been loving the Hourglass Brow Gel, the Glossier Lash Slick (for length, not volume), the Glossier Skin Tint in Medium (I've actually got some colour this summer! thanks, heatwave!), and the Charlotte Tilbury Highlight Wand (which is a gorgeous creamy champagne shade that I love on the bridge of my nose and inner corners of my eyes). I've got two super stubborn dark spots from old breakouts on my left cheek, and this concealer has such high pigmentation that it's the only thing that's helping at the moment. I've been loving this concealer for covering breakouts and post-breakout pigmentation. Ugh, the pains of buying makeup online without being able to swatch it first! I have the shade "seduce"-I love the blush colour, but the highlight is the teensiest bit too glittery for me. The texture of this cream blusher/highlight duo is super weird-it's very silicone-y feeling, but it applies surprisingly evenly and allows you to build up sheer colour for a natural flush that melts into the skin. This is also a new addition to my makeup bag. I'm gutted they aren't readily available in the UK.Ĭharlotte Tilbury Pretty Youth Glow Filter

A flatplan should be constructed before the editorial team charges full steam ahead. So, let’s start with what should come first the flatplan. Although they sound very similar in practice, they each serve a different purpose. I am concerned the orange-red shade is going to lean too orange for me! But I was dying to try something from k-beauty brand Peripera. Both the mockup and flatplan are important steps in the publishing process. So I haven't actually properly tested this out yet (i.e., I haven't conducted the feasting test or even the teacup transfer test!). It's perfect for a one-wash matte wonder.

This blends like an absolute dream and lasts so well on oily lids.

This GORGEOUS warm-toned, reddish eyeshadow is everything I had hoped the Glossier Lidstars would be (I'm still surprised Glossier would make anything so glittery!). It covers my birthmark really well, and I love to lightly feather it onto the redness on my cheeks for super natural coverage. It feels so insanely cooling when applied to the skin and gives a dewy-but-not-too-dewy finish. I saw this on the lovely Instagram of and I knew I had to pick it up. Hello lovelies! Fancy a peek inside my makeup bag? I've picked up some new beauty releases recently that I think you're going to love.
